Delete your Totologic account
For parents who set up Totologic.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- your parent account (name, email address and password)
- every child profile on it, with their age, interests and learning goals
- all of their progress, stars, learning plans and activity history
Send us your request below. We'll email you to confirm we've received it, delete everything within 1 month, and email you again when it's done. It can't be undone.
Have a subscription? Deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions)
or on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, so you aren't charged again.
You can also ask in the app: tap the profile button, then Delete account.
Forgotten your password? Reset it from the app's sign-in screen, or send us a message using the email address on your account, and we'll take it from there.
